Fill out this form to submit a repair request. Once we have your details, we will review them and email you within a few business days. We will tell you whether we can repair it and where to send it, and if it is covered under warranty we will include a prepaid shipping label.

Repair Terms & Pricing

Most warranty repairs are covered. See the warranty policy (opens in a new tab). If your repair is not under warranty, please note:

Labor is $60/hour.
Any gun needing to be test fired, a target will be included on the box, and ammo will be charged accordingly.
Any parts used to fix the firearm will be charged.
Any and all invoices are to be paid before the firearm leaves the shop to be shipped back to the customer.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both to and from our repair center in Casper, Wyoming.

I confirm my firearm is unloaded and not jammed with live ammunition. *Never ship a loaded or jammed firearm. If yours is loaded or stuck with live ammunition, take it to a local gunsmith to be made safe first (at your cost).

Have you taken the gun apart beyond removing the cylinder for cleaning? *Disassembly beyond normal cleaning can affect warranty eligibility.
